Kelly has been in the mortgage industry for 20 years and served more than 20 years in the area of workers’ compensation. As a Case Management Director she provided advocacy and compassion to help injured workers recover and navigate the litigation process. Kelly continues to employ similar problem solving skills in her work as a loan officer and she finds like rewards in helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership.
Kelly has a great deal of experience working on complicated transactions that have closed successfully. From 2009-2013 she worked largely with buyers who were purchasing foreclosed or distress properties which required detailed construction loans and extensive collaboration with both buyers and contractors.
Kelly’s husband is in the real estate investment industry and they often work together as a team. She clearly understands the home acquisition process from every angle and Kelly’s experience allows her to take her clients farther. Investing in the same market in which her clients are purchasing and refinancing is crucial to her ability to advise them about current market trends and how to structure a loan to meet their individual needs.
Kelly has the tools and the team to provide exceptional customer service. Many home buyers have been with Kelly since they purchased their first home years ago. Kelly and her husband are natives of Colorado. They have two daughters and one French bulldogs whom the kids adore. They try to spend as much time as possible traveling as a family.
