• Award letters for Social Security and/or Disability Income
• Award letters for pension or retirement benefits
• Most recent 2 months bank statements for checking, savings, IRA, 401k (actual statements and all pages)
• W2's for the most recent 2 years
• Contact information for Homeowners Insurance
• Copy of photo ID

Self Employed?

• Most recent 2 years of Federal Tax Returns.  Both personal and business (all pages/all schedules)
• Most recent 2 years of K-1's

Purchase Transaction

• Fully executed Purchase Contract and/or Counter Proposal
• Evidence of Earnest Money
